Conscious Conversation: The Healthy Entrepreneur
Conscious Conversation is kicking off the 4th annual Black Entrepreneurship Week with a discussion on the concept of healthy entrepreneurs. Running a business poses many challenges and requires a great deal of time and energy. Because of this, many entrepreneurs find it hard to prioritize their health and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Join us at 80/20 Fitness on Monday, November 18th to learn strategies that will help you become a healthy entrepreneur. The panel consists of local entrepreneurs and medical professionals that focus on various aspects of health on a daily basis. Contact Kevin Bazile ([email protected]) for vendor information.

Conscious Conversation: MNPS Budget Funding
The first Conscious Conversation of 2019 will highlight funding for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), a topic that has been hotly-debated in our city for quite some time. While many opinions exist on this issue, questions still remain in regard to how the MNPS budget process works and how it ties into the Metro government budget process. We’ve assembled a panel of key stakeholders to address this topic and other issues related to MNPS funding. Join us on Thursday, April 4th at Napier Community Center to hear thoughts and perspectives on the MNPS budget and funding. Networking will start at 6:30pm and the discussion will begin at 7:00pm. For RSVP and additional event information, visit http://consciousconvo.eventbrite.com. #consciousconvo #MNPS #budget #funding
